In ixla systems equipped with vision systems, it is possible to carry out various inspections. The vision system is not coaxial to the marking coordinates, therefore it is necessary to compose the optical distortion and adjust the homography.
The image on the left shows the streaming of the vision system, the image on the right shows the image corrected by the homography software.
To correct the optical distortion it is necessary to move the vertexes of the green quadrilateral through its vertexes (red dots) until the image on the right is perfectly orthogonal
Once the adjustment has been completed, press the “save” status
