LASER PENS CONFIGURATION
To reach a good marking result its necessary to find the best pen parameters. Laser parameters are stored into the pen setting. Each entity in the job template is assigned to a pen.
- Id: pens are listed by number
- Name: Name of the pen
- Power: Laser power in Watt. For calibration see chapter
- Speed: Galvo mark speed in mm/s.
- Frequency: Frequency in kHz
SYSTEM PIXEL MAP
The global System PixelMap applies a new grayscale value to every grayscale bitmap of the job. The grayscale values of bitmaps are already adjusted by the Pen PixelMap before they are mapped again by this System PixelMap. This pixel map can be used to consider general laser settings.
