The AIDA platform seamlessly integrates with the IXLA system, creating an identical experience. Personalisation data can be fed into the system via shared database tables. The personalisation workflow, embedded in AIDA, is platform-independent but device dependent. All hardware and software components are delivered, configured, and tested according to customer requirements.
Developers can utilize Open API to create specialized software tools. AIDA provides a wide range of REST APIs that facilitate simple configuration, automation, monitoring, and control. Additionally, a webhook is available for supervisors to interact with chip personalization or verify data integrity through OCR, QR code, and mag stripe technology.
